Norwich goalkeeper Ralf Fahrmann set to be fit for Palace clash – Is this a blow for the Eagles?

Norwich City have been handed a blow this week with Tim Krul being ruled out for the clash with Crystal Palace, but they could have been given a huge boost ahead of the trip to Selhurst Park.

The Dutch goalkeeper picked up an injury before the defeat to Burnley, and will be unavailable for the clash with Palace, but German goalkeeper Ralf Fahrmann could be available.

Schalke insider Hassan Talib Haji has revealed that Daniel Farke has decided to play Fahrmann tomorrow, with the player set to make his Premier League debut.

The German goalkeeper joined on loan from Schalke this summer and has experience in the UEFA Champions League.

This is a huge boost for the Canaries, who are awash with injury problems at the minute.

Fahrmann did appear in the Carabao Cup defeat to Crawley, but is yet to appear in a full strength squad.

He did struggle a bit with Schalke last season, including a big defeat to Manchester City, but Norwich fans will be excited to see him in action.

matchday.
