Palace fans react as Eagles linked with a move for West Brom’s Nathan Ferguson

These Crystal Palace fans reckon Palace are way too late, after reports have linked the Eagles with a move for West Brom’s Nathan Ferguson.

Touted as a potential replacement for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, the right back could be on his way to Selhurst Park in January, with the Eagles reportedly considering a switch for the defender.

Several Palace fans have been reacting to the news on social media, with some thinking that Palace have acted way too late to replace the outgoing Wan-Bissaka.

However, some were more happy that Palace are looking at a young talent, instead of signing another old defensive player.

Ferguson has been a top star for the Albion so far this season, and has arguably been their best player so far this season.

Palace arguably should have replaced Wan-Bissaka as soon as he left the club, with the player leaving meaning there is a big talent hole in the Eagles defence.

It would also add some much needed youth into the Crystal Palace team, with the Eagles having a problem with their ageing defence.

matchday.
