Crystal Palace and Arsenal are reportedly interested in a deal for Korean forward Hwang Hee-chan, after the striker’s superb performance against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League.

RB Salzburg were unlucky not to pick up a point at Anfield, after coming back from 3-0 down to level the scores at 3-3.

The Korean has seven goals in 11 games so far this season, and The Mail report that Palace are reportedly stepping up their scouting of the striker.

The striker is under contract until next season at the Austrian side, meaning he is likely to move next summer if a bid comes in for him.

The Eagles could do worse than sign the striker, who is good friends with Spurs’ Hueng Min-Son.

Jordan Ayew has been quality so far for Palace, but Hwang Hee-chan could be the one to take the attack to the next level.

They could face some tough competition however, with Arsenal and several other European giants looking at the forward after his breakout performance.
