N’Golo Kante is set to return to Chelsea for the Blues clash with Crystal Palace this weekend.

The French midfielder, who has been absent since the 6th October with a number of injuries including a recent groin problem.

However, according to the Evening Standard, Kante is set to return to the squad to face the Eagles to replace Jorginho.

The Italian is suspended for the game, meaning that Kante is the obvious choice in the midfield to replace him.

Kante was fit enough in the week to appear on the bench during Chelsea’s 4-4 draw with Ajax in the UEFA Champions League.
