Crystal Palace have been handed a major transfer boost after Wilfried Zaha told the Eagles he is willing to stay until the end of the season.

That’s according to the Daily Mail, who claim that the 27-year-old won’t look to force an exit before the end of the window.

The report claims that Chelsea and Tottenham were thought to be keen on the Ivory Coast forward this month, however, both sides are not willing to meet Palace’s £80 million valuation.

Both London giants are reportedly prioritising a central striker this month and therefore cannot meet the Eagles’ demands.

Zaha has three-and-a-half years left on his current Palace deal (Transfermarkt) and has been a regular under Roy Hodgdon this season, scoring three times and providing two assists in 24 league appearances (WhoScored.com).

Well-known Tottenham reporter @RickSpur shared the Mail’s update on social media on Tuesday, which allowed these Spurs supporters to share their views on the situation.

Plenty of fans weren’t too bothered, slamming Zaha in the process…
