TWITTER REACTION: Crystal Palace’s 2015/16 away kit is a hit with the fans

Crystal Palace defeated newly promoted League Two side Barnet today at the Hive Stadium by five goals to three in a game that was very much worth the money paid by the Eagles fans who travelled north of the river for their first pre-season fixture in the build-up to their third consecutive season in the Premier League.

It was the Eagles’ first opportunity to show off their new away kit, with the new sponsor also featuring after being announced by the club alongside the signing of Yohan Cabaye on Friday morning. Palace fans knew that the kit was something of a beauty but were always using a bit of caution, without seeing the kit with the new sponsor on – but today, the fans who made the journey got to see the kit, up close and personal.

Many fans at the game were in awe of the new kit when the players walked out of the tunnel alongside their opponents Barnet, after seeing the team train in the new Macron training wear beforehand whilst they were warming up ahead of the game in a sunny North London.

Fans took to social networking site Twitter to voice their opinion during and after the game, with it being a positive thought of mind towards the new away kit, of which will be available for fans to purchase ahead of the new Premier League season, in which the hopes and expectations are higher than ever for:

matchday.
