Eagles co-owner, Steve Parish has suggested there are still deals in the pipeline with transfer window slamming shut in less than a weeks time.
Speaking to the press Parish revealed the club were still looking to bring in “one or two more” new faces to the side.
He went on to say that they had “invested heavily” with some “great business” already done in the window so far. Parish also described how he and his team were “constantly” looking for ways to improve the current crop of players they have available to them.
“There may be some who move on as we aim to pull together the strongest 25-man squad that we possibly can.”
The Eagles have already had a busy summer with no fewer than nine players departing so far with the likes of Barry Bannan and Adle Guedioura still linked with moves away from Selhurst.
Along with all the departures, Parish has helped bring in six signings so far including record signing, Yohan Cabaye.
