Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is weighing up a move for Crystal Palace midfielder Jordon Mutch in January, according to a report in the Daily Mail,
Mutch has falling out of favour with current manager Alan Pardew, making just three appearances for the club this season.
Celtic will apparently look to secure his services for £3.5 million in January after failing to sign Everton’s James McCarthy and West Brom’s James Morrison in the summer.

Rodgers and his assistant Chris Davies are thought to be admirers of the box-to-box midfielder who has a contract with The Eagles until 2019.
Mutch moved from QPR to Palace at the beginning of 2015 for £4.75 million but has yet to score in a competitive game and is finding first-team action hard to come by.
The Englishman was an unused substitute at the weekend in the 2-1 loss to Manchester City and it looks almost inevitable that he’ll leave the club sooner rather than later.
