Crystal Palace Predicted XI: Manchester City (A)

Perhaps an FA Cup run will be a welcome distraction for Crystal Palace from their Premier League woes.

Since Sam Allardyce took over the club, Palace have secured just one point from five league games, losing the last four but, despite needing a replay, he secured his first win as Eagles boss over Bolton in the third round of the cup.

It doesn’t get any easier for Palace though, as they welcome an in-form Manchester City side to Selhurst Park fresh off a 5-0 drubbing of West Ham in their third round tie.

Sam Allardyce in his past has been known to sacrifice the cup competitions in favour of league success but a damaging defeat to City could seriously farm squad confidence and morale.

With that in mind, here is our predicted Crystal Palace starting XI for tomorrow’s FA Cup fourth round clash with Manchester City at Selhurst Park.
