Player Ratings: Bournemouth 0-2 Crystal Palace

Sam Allardyce was yet to win a Premier League game as Crystal Palace manager but that five-match winless run came to an end on Tuesday night.

Goals from captain Scott Dann and Christian Benteke were enough to seal all three points for the Eagles and their fifth win of the season – their first for nearly two months.

This was the first of a decent run of winnable fixtures for Palace as they welcome Sunderland to Selhurst Park next time out, with games against Stoke, Middlesbrough and West Brom all on the horizon.

It was a great day off the pitch for Palace too as they welcomed two big deadline day signings. First, the £12m arrival of combative Olympiakos midfielder Luka Milivojevic and later the loan arrival of Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho until the end of the season.

Here are player ratings for the Palace stars as they grabbed a much-needed win.
