Crystal Palace are set to hold crunch talks with manager Frank de Boer next week.

According to a report from the Times, the discussions are set to be based around Palace’s poor start to the season. De Boer is already reportedly concerned over his long-term future at the club, with the board seemingly already skeptical over his ability to lead the club.

Concerns have been raised over De Boer’s naivety in the Premier League and tactical inflexibility, prompting claims that Steve Parish is looking to relieve him of his duties after just three games.

The Eagles currently sit in 19th place on the Premier League table. They have lost their opening three top flight games to Huddersfield, Liverpool and Swansea, scoring no goals in the process.

De Boer will be keen to be given more time at the helm of Palace, but is likely to know more about his future in the coming days.
