Crystal Palace will reportedly make a final decision on the future of manager Frank de Boer in the coming days.
It’s claimed today by the Telegraph that the Dutchman will know his fate in the next two days, as Steve Parish ponders the former Ajax boss’ position at the club.
De Boer has endured a horror start to life in the Premier League. Palace sit in 19th having failed to even score a goal this season. They have lost their opening four matches.
It was claimed before this weekend that their game against Burnley would be a decisive fixture for De Boer. Despite a positive performance from Palace, the Dutchman couldn’t inspire his side to victory, piling the pressure on him even further.
Palace have a difficult run-in coming up. They must secure their first win of the season against Southampton next Saturday, given the strength of opposition they face after the game, with the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea all waiting to take on the Eagles.
