Crystal Palace sack Frank de Boer
Crystal Palace have sacked manager Frank de Boer after his side lost thier first four Premier League games.
Palace have not scored a single league goal under the Dutchman and despite only giving him four league games, the board have made the decision to sack him.
De Boer was hired to replace Sam Allardyce after he resigned at the end of last season but the new hire has been very short lived.
Just 77 days after being hired, chairman Steve Parish and his board have sacked the former Inter Milan manager, with the 1-0 loss to Burnley seemingly the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Former Fulham, Liverpool and England manager Roy Hodgson is the favourite to replace De Boer at Selhurst Park with some reports suggesting that he has already been approached about taking the job.
Whoever replaces De Boer will need to hit the ground running as Palace need to get the season up and running after a horror start.
