Crystal Palace are lining up a move for Ipswich Town goalkeeper Bartoz Bialkowski.
According to The Mirror, Palace are considering a bid for the shot-stopper in the January transfer window.
The report claims that Palace are looking for another goalkeeper to improve their strength in depth in that position.
Wayne Hennessey is currently Palace’s first-choice goalkeeper, but Roy Hodgson is looking for someone to challenge his position in the side.
Bialkowski is rated as one of the best goalkeepers in the Championship, having impressed over the past few seasons for Ipswich.
The Polish goalkeeper would command a fee in the region of £4m, the report claims, a fee which could be easily met by Palace’s funds.
His Ipswich contract expires at the end of the season, although Ipswich have an option of extending it by a further year.
Palace face Southampton away from home in the Premier League tonight, with Hennessey starting in goal.
