The defender is set to sign from Zaglebie Lubin for what is a currently undisclosed fee, after playing 68 league matches for the Polish outfit.
Palace have been looking to strengthen their defence this month after a number of injuries and look set to add Jach to their roster.
The 23-year-old has been capped by Poland twice at senior level, after 14 under-21 caps for his country. Jach has scored once in 20 appearances for Lubin this season.
After Saturday’s heavy defeat to Arsenal, Jach will come as a welcome addition to the Palace squad, as they look to push for Premier League survival.
