Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew has passed a medical at Crystal Palace and is set to be officially unveiled in the coming hours, according to RMC.
Ayew has been heavily linked with a move to Palace throughout the summer and now looks set to finally seal his move back to the Premier League.
The striker was relegated to the Championship with Swansea last season, but was able to impress as he scored 11 goals in all competitions.
Palace have been keen to add a new striking option to their squad and Ayew looks to be the man to come in and add goals to the side.
Ayew will join the club on a season-long loan with the possible permanent deal at the end of the campaign.
The 26-year-old has been capped 46 times by Ghana, scoring 12 times for his country. The forward has scored 61 goals 314 career appearances across a number of different clubs.
