According to Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol, United are keen on a deal to land the fullback and have already made an offer.

He also claims that Palace do not want to let go off Wan-Bissaka, who still has three years left to run on his current deal with the club.
It is unclear as to whether or not Palace have already rejected the offer from Manchester United, with the club clearly eager to have Wan-Bissaka at Selhurst Park again next season.
Wan-Bissaka enjoyed an impressive season in the Premier League as he made 35 appearances for Roy Hodgson’s side, picking up three assists along the way.
He is also set to feature for England in the under-21 European Championships later this month.
Right-backs Palace could sign to replace Wan-Bissaka
Bogle impressed at Derby in the Championship and the teenager could be ready to make the step up to Premier League football next season.
Cedric has fallen out of favour at Southampton but is an experienced Premier League right-back and could revive his career at Selhurst Park if given the opportunity.
The fullback has been linked with a move to the Premier League this year and Palace could join the race for his signature if they lose Wan-Bissaka.
James enjoyed a phenomenal season with Wigan in the Championship on loan from Chelsea. He can play at right-back or in central midfield and would be a superb addition to Palace’s squad.
