According to the Daily Star, Palace face competition from the Gunners, Villa and West Ham in the race to sign the former Chelsea captain this summer.

The Eagles were reportedly considering a move for the 33-year-old in the January transfer window, but Cahill was keen to remain at Chelsea until his contract expires with the Blues.
The former England captain made just eight appearances for Chelsea last season under Maurizio Sarri, who appeared to deem the defender surplus to requirements.
Cahill leaves Chelsea having won the Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League twice, as well as the Champions League and League Cup once.
