Everton have joined Arsenal in the race to land Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha this summer.
According to The Evening Standard, Everton are keen on a deal to sign Zaha ahead of next season.
The report claims that Everton are eyeing up a move for Zaha as they look to replace Ademola Lookman in the coming weeks.
Lookman is closing in on a £22.5m transfer to Bundesliga side RB Leipzig, with Everton now ready to challenge Arsenal in their pursuit of Zaha.
The Ivorian international enjoyed the best goalscoring season of his career last term, as he netted 10 Premier League goals for Palace – with Arsenal and Everton now prepared to swoop for the former Manchester United man.
Palace are said to be demanding £80m for Zaha, which would make him the most expensive player in the club’s history – overtaking Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who joined Manchester United for £50m earlier this summer.
