Crystal Palace’s recent success has made the club an attractive destination for players. The FA Cup win in the 2024-25 campaign raised £2m prize money, and another £1m was added to the club’s money bank through the Community Shield victory.
Those two memorable days at Wembley will go down as two of the greatest in the Eagles’ history. But the joys of those feats came at a price as two top stars departed Selhurst Park.
Eberechi Eze joined Arsenal for £67.5m in August 2025, and Marc Guehi headed to Manchester City for £20m in January 2026. The English duo’s salaries have majorly increased, with Eze purportedly taking home £180,000 per week at the Emirates and Guehi earning £250,000 per week at the Etihad.
With that in mind, Crystal Palace fans are probably intrigued to know how much the current squad are earning. The list (via Capology) makes for interesting reading and highlights who the club feel are their superstars.
10 – Daniel Munoz (£60,000)

When Palace signed Daniel Munoz from Genk for £6.9m in January 2024, not much was known about the Colombian wing-back. He has more than announced himself in the Premier League with outstanding consistency, and many feel he’s the best attack-minded wing-back in the top-flight.
Munoz is among the top ten highest earners at Selhurst Park, but given his importance, it might not be too long until he sits higher up the list. His contract will have two years left to run this summer and his representatives could soon be sitting down with the board over a new deal.
9 – Yeremy Pino (£60,000)

Palace splashed the cash on Yeremy Pino in the summer of 2024, bringing the Spanish attacker to South London from Villarreal for £26m. He impressed early on with some standout performances, but his form dipped as the 2025-26 campaign progressed.
Given the hefty fee that the Eagles paid for him, it’s justifiable that he doesn’t crack the top five highest earners. His displays are already concerning fans, and many feel he isn’t capable of replacing Eze as desired.
8 – Jefferson Lerma (£70,000)

Jefferson Lerma has been with the South Londoners since July 2023, when he arrived as a free agent. The experienced Colombian is a workhorse, and his willingness to play in any position has made him a fan favourite.
The veteran midfielder, formerly of Bournemouth, could be on his way out of the club this summer. His current deal expires in June and there’s no sign that a new contract is on the cards.
7 – Cheick Doucoure (£70,000)

There were huge expectations of Cheick Doucoure when he joined Palace from French club Lens for £21m in July 2022. The Malian won over fans during the 2022-23 campaign and was named the club’s Player of the Season.
Injury issues have been a real nuisance for the defensive midfielder, and he’s been sitting on the sidelines since the very start of the 2025-26 season. He signed a new contract in early 2024, which doesn’t expire until the summer of 2029.
6 – Ismaila Sarr (£70,000)

It goes without saying just how much of an impact Ismaila Sarr has made since arriving at Selhurst Park. The Senegalese winger joined Palace from Marseille for around £12m in August 2024, returning to England after a previous spell at Watford.
Every Palace fan will cherish his outstanding display in the FA Cup semi-final win over Aston Villa. That is one of many stellar performances that explain why he is one of the club’s top earners.
5 – Eddie Nketiah (£90,000)

Eddie Nketiah just hasn’t reached the heights anticipated since moving to Palace from Arsenal in August 2024. A £30m fee put the English striker under pressure to deliver, but recurring injury problems have plagued his spell with the South Londoners.
That said, the Hale End academy graduate has come up with some important goals for the Eagles. He bagged a famous winner in a 2-1 win over Liverpool in September 2025.
4 – Dean Henderson (£100,000)

Palace fans have fallen in love with Dean Henderson ever since he arrived from Manchester United for £20m in August 2023. The English goalkeeper hasn’t just been reliable between the sticks, but he’s also been a leader.
The experienced shot-stopper is now wearing the captain’s armband following Guehi’s move to City. His performances, including a penalty save in the FA Cup final win, have led to talk over top Premier League clubs showing interest.
3 – Daichi Kamada (£105,000)

Daichi Kamada is set to leave Palace when his contract expires at the end of the 2025-26 season. The Japanese midfielder’s decision certainly can’t be financial, given he is one of the club’s top three best-paid players.
The former Eintracht Frankfurt man’s spell with the Eagles will be remembered fondly. He’s been a real team player and was a key man against City in the FA Cup final.
2 – Brennan Johnson (£110,000)

Palace broke their transfer record to sign Brennan Johnson from Tottenham Hotspur in January 2026. The Welsh attacker cost £35m, a fee that raised eyebrows due to a dissapointing end to his spell with the Lilywhites.
It’s still early days for the versatile forward, but he’s made an unconvincing start at Selhurst Park. Given how much he’s earning, the club’s fanbase will want to see more from him sooner rather than later.
1 – Jorgen Strand Larsen (£120,000)

Jorgen Strand Larsen became Palace’s most expensive signing in history on transfer deadline day in February 2026. The Norweigan cost £48m, eclipsing the fee paid for Johnson just weeks after his arrival.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers frontman’s acquisition divided opinion because of the finances involved. But he is still young and showed plenty of potential at Molineux, which is why the club was also prepared to make him the highest earner in the South Londoners’ history.
