Crystal Palace striker, Christian Benteke will be a target for league leaders, Chelsea if they lose Diego Costa in the summer.
According to a report from the Guardian, the troubles surrounding the Spaniard’s immediate future have seemingly been resolved but the striker is likely to leave Stamford Bridge in the summer.
The report suggests that Palace striker, Benteke is one potential target that the club will consider in the summer as they seek alternatives.
It is yet to be seen whether Conte has identified the striker who struggled so heavily at Liverpool but has scored eight league goals this season for a struggling Crystal Palace side.
Antonio Conte has reportedly already earmarked Romelu Lukaku and Alvaro Morata as potential replacements for the former Atletico Madrid man, with a move to China looking increasingly possible.
Costa is set to remain at Chelsea until the end of the season following a reported row with Antonio Conte and his coaching staff over a back injury.
