Brighton and Hove Albion striker Glenn Murray believes that Crystal Palace should be higher than 13th in the Premier League table, as reported on the Brighton Independent.

The former Palace forward feels that Roy Hodgson’s side are a lot better than their league position suggests.

Brighton are currently 15th, three points behind the Eagles ahead of their clash at Selhurst Park this Saturday.

Murray said:

It’s another big one against a team down there alongside us almost. We could go neck and neck with them if we win, so it should be a good game.

I personally think they’re probably in a false position because they’ve got a very talented squad.

They maybe took a little bit of time to get going but they’re in their stride more now.

Palace are going into the game after a crucial victory over fellow strugglers Burnley, whilst the Seagulls are also going into the game after a win over Huddersfield.
