Crystal Palace are eager to sign Chelsea striker Loic Remy this summer but faces competition from Villarreal, West Ham and Everton for the Frenchman according to the Express.
Alan Pardew has seen a bid worth £30m knocked back for Christian Benteke already this week and sees Loic Remy as a cut-price alternative.
The former Newcastle manager signed Remy on a season-long loan from QPR whilst in charge of the Magpies and is eager to reunite with the former Marseille star.
Chelsea signed Michy Batshuayi from Marseille earlier this summer in a £33m deal to compete with Diego Costa for the starting role at Stamford Bridge, leaving Loic Remy’s future in doubt.

The Blues are eager to sell Remy, and are willing to offer him in a deal to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton given that the Toffees are keen on him.
La Liga side Villarreal are also interested in Remy but are yet to make a move. It’s understood the 29-year-old would rather stay in English football.
West Ham have also been linked with a move for Remy this summer as they look for an answer to their own striker conundrum.
