Crystal Palace are interested in a deal to sign River Plate striker Rafael Santos Borre in the summer.
According to ESPN, via Sport Witness, Palace are keen to bring Borre to England as they look to strengthen their attack.
Palace signed Michy Batshuayi on loan in January, but appear to be planning for life after he returns to Chelsea at the end of the season.
The report claims that Borre would cost Palace €30m, as that is his current release clause at River Plate.
Mexican side Monterrey are also said to be keen on a deal for the former Atletico Madrid front man.
The 23-year-old has scored eight goals in 32 appearances for River Plate and Palace have been impressed by his performances.
ESPN claim that Borre would prefer a move to the Premier League, over one to Mexico to join Monterrey, which will come as a boost to Palace.
