Crystal Palace have been handed a boost in their apparent hopes of signing Allan Saint-Maximin, with OGC Nice president Gauthier Ganaye confirming that the winger is likely to be sold.
The Eagles were linked with a move to sign the Frenchman this summer in recent days as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
Speaking to Nice-Matin, as quoted by GFFN via Twitter, Ganaye explained Saint-Maximin’s position at the club and expressed his belief that they will receive a hefty sum from offloading him this summer.

The 22-year-old has earned a reputation for being a dangerous, albeit enigmatic, wide player after notching six goals and contributing with three assists during 34 appearances in Ligue 1 during the recently-concluded domestic season.
Wilfried Zaha’s future at Selhurst Park has come under scrutiny of late, and Palace could be keen to recruit Saint-Maximin as their replacement for the Ivorian if he does indeed leave South London.
